How We Work — Buying Property with CoreSpaces

How does buying with CoreSpaces work?

Tell us what you are looking for — a home, a rental, off-plan, or something that can support a Golden Visa. Budget and timeline help. We do not start from whatever launched this week.

We shortlist units, check the developer and the payment plan, and walk you through costs on top of the price. If a unit does not hold up, we say so.

If you want to go ahead, we stay with you through the contract and DLD paperwork. Ask us anything about the process — we will answer in ordinary language.

Three steps

1. Tell us what you need

A place to live, something to rent out, a Golden Visa property, or a mix. Budget, timing, and areas you already like (or want us to suggest).

2. We look at actual units

Price against similar sales, service charges, the developer’s delivery record, and the payment plan — not the brochure version of the deal.

3. You decide, we handle the process

If it is a yes, we help with the paperwork through to DLD. If it is a no, that is a valid outcome. We get back to every enquiry within one business day.
