Developer delivery and off-plan risk
Off-plan can mean a lower entry and a payment plan, with the risk that handover slips. Ready property means you can move in or rent sooner, usually at a different price. Which is better depends on your cash, your timeline, and the developer — we will put both on the table for the same brief.
