What does CoreSpaces do?
CoreSpaces is a Dubai real estate company. We help you find and buy property — ready and off-plan — and we check the unit before you put money down. We are not a listing portal; we work with you on specific searches and offers.
How do you get paid?
Ask us how an engagement works when we speak. We will explain the process in plain language. This page does not set out a fee model.
Is now a good time to buy in Dubai?
It depends on what you need the property for, how long you will hold it, and which building you are looking at — not on a headline. We look at the unit: price, service charges, the developer, and the payment plan. If the numbers do not work, we say so.
Is there a minimum budget?
No fixed floor. First apartments and larger purchases both come through. What matters is a clear brief. If you are not sure we are a fit, send a message — a short conversation is enough to tell.
Can you help with Golden Visa property?
Yes. We help you buy a unit that may qualify, without pretending the visa is a reason to overpay. The property still has to make sense as a home or an investment.
Off-plan or ready — which is better?
Off-plan can mean a lower entry and a payment plan, with the risk that handover slips. Ready property means you can move in or rent sooner, usually at a different price. Which is better depends on your cash, your timeline, and the developer — we will put both on the table for the same brief.
How do you look at developers?
What they have handed over in that area, whether payments go to escrow, and how heavy their pipeline is. Skipping that is how people get stuck in delayed projects.
Do you work with buyers outside the UAE?
Yes. A lot of Dubai buyers live elsewhere. We can walk you through the steps remotely and tell you what has to happen in person.
Which areas do you cover?
The usual investment and living areas — Marina, JVC, Hills, Creek, Downtown, and others in our area guides. We do not only sell one developer’s stock.
