We help you buy property in Dubai. That means checking the building, the developer, the payment plan, and the price — and saying so if a unit is not worth it.
Check the unit, not the brochure
Price against similar sales, service charges, the developer, and the payment plan. We do not sell a story we have not looked at.
Stay after the handshake
Buying in Dubai has paperwork. We stay with you through the contract and DLD — not only until you say yes.
You can still walk away
If a unit is overpriced or the developer does not hold up, we will say so. Closing a deal is not the only successful outcome.
